The love of action figures started when I picked up my first action figure (a 5 point articulation Lyon-O)...eventually I landed with an actual collection of 90s Ninja Turtles and X-Men and even Terminator 2 (T2) figures.
Most, unfortunately, did not survive my childhood (whether too much play or lost, sadly!).
Travel through time as "I grew up" and had a son of my own. On his 6th birthday up in Vermont I gave him his 1st true action figure(s), which doubled as a game. 1 of the 4 figures broke.
So I fixed it (not the nail through the thigh like my Gramps fixed my guy Lyon-O :D)...and we were hooked on modifying and customizing these 1/18 scale figures and making a collection.
